Evaluate the sharpness, optical performance, and flange focal depth of your lenses anywhere with the DENZ PLC Mark II Portable Lens Projector. Designed for cinematographers, lens technicians, and rental houses, this rugged yet compact lens testing projector allows you to quickly check lens performance in the field without the need for a dedicated projection room.

Lightweight and portable, the PLC Mark II can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a tripod, making it ideal for on-set lens testing, prep rooms, and mobile lens evaluation. The projector displays the DENZ precision test chart reticle onto a screen, allowing you to accurately assess lens sharpness, alignment, and optical performance.

The reticle features multiple Siemens stars and popular frame size markings, enabling you to evaluate format coverage up to full-frame and inspect sharpness from the center of the image all the way to the edges. A powerful 4200-lumen LED light source provides consistent illumination without thermal expansion, ensuring stable results during testing. The LED operates at a 6000K color temperature and offers three brightness levels (100%, 50%, and 25%) for flexible testing conditions.

The integrated ARRI LPL mount provides the correct flange distance for accurate testing of LPL lenses, while a 1.5mm adjustment range allows precise verification of lens focus markings. The measuring accuracy scale ring is marked in 10µm increments, allowing users to evaluate flange tolerances and confirm whether focus scales are properly calibrated or require adjustment.

For additional flexibility, our package also includes the standard ARRI PL mount, allowing the projector to be used with both ARRI LPL and PL mount cinema lenses.

A built-in bubble level ensures the projector is properly aligned for accurate lens evaluation. The unit also features an integrated cooling system for extended operation, along with an automatic emergency shutoff that activates in the unlikely event of overheating. CONDITION SPECIFICATIONS

Here is a guide to understanding our condition ratings:

Condition 10: "Like New" means the Item looks brand new (i.e., no cosmetic wear and tear), all casings, sensor, glass, buttons and screen(s) are pristine condition with no scuffs, marks or scratches. The Item is in excellent working order with no marks or damage to glass or sensor.

Condition 9: "Excellent" means the Item looks close to new (i.e., only the lightest signs of cosmetic wear), all casings, sensor, glass, buttons and screen(s) are excellent condition with no significant scuffs, marks or scratches. The Item is in excellent working order with no marks or damage to glass or sensor.

Condition 8: "Good" means the Item has good overall condition, may have some signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., light scuffing to some areas / slight shiny surfaces). Any casings, sensor, glass, buttons and screen(s) are good condition and there are no significant chips / scratches or damage. The Item is in excellent working order with no marks / damage to glass or sensor.

Condition 7: "Well Used" means the Item may have significant signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., scuffing to some areas / shiny surfaces / marks). All casings, sensor, glass, buttons and screen(s) are full working condition. There are no marks or damage to the glass or sensor unless specifically stated.

Condition 6: "Heavily Used" means the Item may have significant signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., scuffing / shiny surfaces / marks / scratches / chipping to paint / peeling surfaces). The Item is in full working order with no marks or damage to glass or sensor unless specifically stated.
