Helping to balance exposures within a scene, this 4 x 5.65" MPTV Graduated Neutral Density 0.3 Filter from Schneider is ideally suited for situations involving both bright and dark areas, such as an open sky and shadowed foreground. Half of the filter is clear and the other half has 0.3 neutral density, with a hard-edged transition between the two that is ideally suited for use with long focal length lenses. This filter also has a horizontal orientation, with the density's edge running parallel to the long edge of the filter. By reducing the exposure in selective areas, you are able to balance the overall exposure of the scene in order to gain detail in both bright and dark areas.

This filter is designed to maintain a true and neutral color balance, and it has been constructed from precision ground and polished water-white optical glass for a high degree of clarity and contrast. It measures 4 x 5.65" / 101.6 x 143.5 mm and is intended for use in matte boxes.

Condition 8: "Good" means the Item has good overall condition, may have some signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., light scuffing to some areas / slight shiny surfaces). The Item is in excellent working order with no marks / damage to glass or sensor.

Condition 7: "Well Used" means the Item may have significant signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., scuffing to some areas / shiny surfaces / marks). All casings, sensor, glass, buttons and screen(s) are full working condition. There are no marks or damage to the glass or sensor unless specifically stated.

Condition 6: "Heavily Used" means the Item may have significant signs of cosmetic wear (i.e., scuffing / shiny surfaces / marks / scratches / chipping to paint / peeling surfaces). The Item is in full working order with no marks or damage to glass or sensor unless specifically stated.
